Dr Elizabeth Baer

MBBS FRACGP

Dr Elizabeth Baer joined our practice in January 2014. She is a 1988 Graduate of the University of Queensland and has been working in General Practice for over 20 years. She has special interests in Sexual Health, Infectious Disease, HIV Management and PEP Emergency Treatment.

Dr Baer is an accredited S100 prescriber for people living with HIV and is accepting new patients who are HIV-positive.  Other services provided include HIV RAPID Testing, comprehensive Sexual Health Assessments and Sex Workers Screening. Dr Baer is a Member of the Sexual Health Society of Queensland and Australasian Society for HIV Medicine (ASHM).

Dr Christopher Pitt

MBBS FRACGP

Chris graduated from the University of Queensland in 1998. Before starting General Practice in 2004, he did a number of terms in specialty paediatrics (children’s medicine), including 6 months at the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit at the Mater Mothers Hospital. Unsurprisingly, Chris has a particular passion for helping children and families maintain good health! He particularly has a special interest in Autism and ADHD.

He also has postgraduate training in women’s health, sexual health and family planning, mental health, and has experience in skin cancer and cosmetic medicine. Chris sits on state and national committees for the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and is a regular examiner for the RACGP Fellowship Exam. He is a supervisor for GP Registrars and medical students, and he loves a good coffee.

Dr Justin Bissell

MBBS FRACGP

Dr Amy Weber

B-Med FRACGP

Dr Amy Weber graduated from medical school from the University of Newcastle in 2001. She worked for two years in the hospital system in NSW and Queensland, before entering general practice on the Sunshine Coast. She achieved her Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2005. Since then, she has worked on the Sunshine Coast and in Brisbane. Dr Weber’s areas of interest include palliative care and mental health.

Dr Christopher Hickey

MBBS QLD FRACGP

Chris graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from the University of Queensland in 2013. From 2014-2019 he worked as junior medical officer, as well as a medical registrar, in a number of hospitals on Brisbane’s northside. Chris entered General Practice Training in 2019 and achieved his Fellowship of the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in 2021.

With Chris’ background in adult medicine, he has an interest in the management of patients with chronic medical conditions, particular chronic heart and lung disease.

When not working, Chris enjoy spending time with his family.

Dr Liliana Potocki

MBBS QLD FRACGP

Dr. Liliana Potocki has been working in General Practice since 2014, completing her RACGP fellowship in January 2017.   After completing her Medical degree at Griffith University, her residency years were spent at the Mater Hospitals.

Liliana enjoys all areas of General Practice, from antenatal care, paediatrics, mental health, skin cancer, to chronic disease and preventative care. She has completed the Diploma in Child Health and Mental Health skills training, and skin cancer training including a Certificate in Dermoscopy.  Liliana is also a qualified Implanon practitioner.  The most rewarding part of General Practice is fostering therapeutic relationships, whole person care and providing continuity of care for patients.

Dr Marcus Buchanan

Dr Marcus Buchanan completed his medical degree at the University of Queensland in 2018. He subsequently undertook his residency years at Redcliffe Hospital before venturing into General Practice at the beginning of 2022.

Marcus has a special interest in skin cancer detection and management, having completed a further training in this area with Skin Cancer College Australasia. He also enjoys other aspects of general practice, from antenatal and paediatric care through to chronic disease management, aged care and preventive health.

Outside of work, Marcus enjoys a broad range of interests, including spending time with family, following various sports, and pursuing interests in history and science.

Marcus is currently accepting new patients.

Dr Owen Sulistio

Dr Owen Sulistio graduated from the University of Queensland with a Doctor of Medicine in 2022. He brings a wealth of hospital-based experience to the team, having completed rotations at the Queensland Children’s Hospital, The Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital, and The Prince Charles Hospital.
Dr Owen holds an Emergency Medicine Certificate and is currently completing a Graduate Certificate of Skin Cancer Medicine. With six months of specialized experience in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, he is passionate about providing comprehensive care across the full spectrum of children’s, women’s, and men’s health. He also maintains a strong interest in weight management and preventive medicine.
Before embarking on his medical career, Dr Owen worked as an avionics engineer specializing in helicopters and unmanned systems. Outside of the clinic, he is an avid bagpiper and stays active as a BodyCombat group fitness instructor.
